About WTCA

wtca
WTC Automotif (M) Sdn Bhd (“WTCA”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Warisan TC Motor Holdings Bhd (a member of the Tan Chong Group of companies) and is principally involved in the assembly, distribution, and sale of passenger vehicles. WTCA is the sole and exclusive distributor of GAC (ICE and PHEV), AION (BEV), and HYPTEC (premium BEV) in Malaysia, and is dedicated to expanding its service presence nationwide with a commitment to providing unparalleled automotive experiences for customers across the country.

On 30 November 2021, GAC Motor International and WTCA entered into the Exclusive Agreement of Distribution and Service, under which GAC Motor International granted WTCA sole and exclusive distribution rights for all GAC vehicle brands in Malaysia. In May 2023, WTCA announced the initiation of the CKD program, marking GAC’s first overseas CKD project.
